Work continues on our soon to open Black Rose Spiritual Retreat Center! As I type this we’re waiting for the kids to arrive to help us and for a holiday weekend visit. We have the majority of the painting done. We still have some touch ups to do and we’re working on clean ups of “professional overrides” of the paint. The cabin is cleaned and ready to receive the mattress and box spring, and we have things moving forward. I’ve gotten three sets of drapes done and have a bunch more left to go! We are so looking forward to having a place where people can rest, relax and rejuvenate as they unplug, unwind and uplift. We are testing recipes and from what it looks like now, we’ll be opening the doors in the first part of October.
