Part II – Activities and Operational Information

2.  What are or will be the organization’s sources of financial support?  List in order of size.

Black Rose Spiritual Center is planned to be a self-sustaining organization.  As we are just opening, the
following is a break-down of our income generating plan for the Center.  Our financial support will come
from the fundraising efforts of our members including:

a.  Black Rose Spiritual Center Outreach Booth Sales:  Black Rose Spiritual Center’s primary source of
funding at this time is the outreach Booth Sales.  The center participates in local area shows and events
such as the Veterans’ of Foreign Wars craft fair and sale, the Senor Center Monthly Garage Sale, Marcus
Daly Days, the Farmers’ Market, Chief Victor Days, Florence Renaissance Fair, and Ravalli County Fairs
and like venues.  The booth sells a variety of spiritually associated items such as candles, prayer beads, and
informational literature.

b. Black Rose Spiritual Center Services:  In realization of the need for funding, Black Rose Spiritual
Center will offer a wide range of pastoral, clergical, new age, and spiritual services including but not
limited to:  life ceremonies such as baptisms, namings, weddings, funerals; blessings; spiritual and/or
pastoral counseling in all its various guises; spiritual path research and one-on-one spiritual direction;
readings of various self-introspection.  All donations and/or fees received from these services are donations
to the Church and not the individual income of the clergy performing same.   NOTE:  It is our belief that
within the first year this income source will overtake income source a. above as our primary source of
income.

c. Membership fees.  Members of Black Rose Spiritual Center are required to pay a one-time membership
fee.  Membership fees are applied to the general account and used to further the activities of the church.

d. Donations/Gifts:  Black Rose Spiritual Center accepts gifts and donations from the general public to
help pay for the costs of our ministry.

e. Grants.  Dr. Delaney is experienced in writing grant proposals/requests and Black Rose Spiritual Center
plans to submit to the private sector for grant funding with a focus on our message of tolerance of
religious beliefs.  Although not guaranteed, it is our belief that Black Rose Spiritual Center will be able to
qualify for small grants focusing on its faith-based service to mankind and message of tolerance.  Dr.
Delaney has several programs regarding our tolerance message and education about different religious
belief systems in the planning stages.  However, Black Rose Spiritual Center will not be relying heavily on
receiving money from grants.
