| Part II Activities and Operational Information (continued) 12.a. If the organization provides benefits, services, or products, are the recipients required, or will they be required to pay for them? If “Yes,” explain how the charges are determined and attach a copy of the current fee schedule. Of course, our prime mission is to provide for all manner of pastoral services through trained members of the clergy for members of the congregation and the public at large who is interested in our message. Our message of tolerance and communication between religions, along with celebrating the spiritual path or journey of all is our entire reason for being. However, in order to accomplish such a lofty task, we must operate in a secular world of monetary concerns and business operations. In recognition of that, Black Rose Spiritual Center does request donations for its various services. All funds received become the property of Black Rose Spiritual Center and are to be used in the conduct and operation of the business of that entity. The attached fee schedule (see attached flyer) for the donation schedule. Many of the services provided are annotated with a “Please Inquire” for price. This is because the fee schedule is not static for those items. With pastoral services such as pastoral grief counseling, pastoral family counseling, house blessings, spiritual cleansing, spiritual path research, and one-on-one spiritual direction, the fees will be based on the individual’s ability to pay, if any. Further in our pastoral services, it is our belief that inability to pay should not preclude an individual form receiving pastoral services. First and foremost we are a faith- based organization, a tenant of that faith is to serve mankind. Candle Majick Booth Sales: As part of its outreach ministry Black Rose Spiritual Center operates a craft booth at local community evens where we sell candles. In the future it is projected that the booth will offer such additional items as: pre-printed three month horoscopes by sign, brief natal charts, recipe cards and/or booklets, gift certificates for Black Rose Spiritual Center items or services, and broadside information sheets on various subjects of a spiritual nature. |
