11.c.  What benefits do (or will) the members receive in exchange for their payment of
dues?

Membership in the Church confers the right to attend services, functions, and events hosted by Black Rose
Spiritual Center, the right to clergical intervention, assistance and counseling on ecumenical or moral
matters, the right to request Clergy to participate, in conjunction with Black Rose spiritual Center, in rites
of a religious nature.  In addition, Voting membership confers the right to run for and be elected to
position of Envoy, and to vote on any matter brought before the Council.

It should be noted that the general public is welcomed and encouraged to attend our services, functions
and events, request assistance or clergical intervention, assistance and counseling on ecumenical or moral
matters, the right to request clergy to participate, in conjunction with Black Rose Spiritual Center, in rites
of a religious nature.  However, unless actually on the Church Roles as a Voting Member, an individual
will not have the right to run for and be elected to the position of Envoy, and to vote on any matter
brought before Council.  That privilege is afforded only to Voting Members of Black Rose Spiritual Center.

Further in our pastoral services, it is our belief that inability to pay should not preclude an individual
from receiving pastoral services.  First and foremost we are a faith-based organization, a tenant of that
faith is to serve mankind.
